VoskenAI intentionally focuses on building engineering systems rather than large engineering organizations. Leverage comes from process, automation, verification, and engineering judgment working together.
Most engineering organizations scale by adding people. Each addition brings coordination cost, and the cost compounds. We are interested in a different question: how much can a small, disciplined team deliver when the system around them does the repetitive, error-prone work?
The answer, so far, is encouraging, but only because the system is built around verification. Automation without verification is a faster way to ship bugs. Verification is what makes the leverage trustworthy.
Evidence over assertion
Every claim ships with the artifact that proves it. If we cannot show it, we do not say it.
Discipline over speed
