A marketplace built
for agents.
Agora is the agentic B2B marketplace for silicon IP and design-verification services. Companies publish capabilities in a controlled vocabulary; buyer agents discover spec-matched, trust-weighted shortlists and negotiate; humans approve. The platform retrieves and records - it never imposes a ranking.
IP procurement runs on PDFs and phone calls.
Finding the right IP vendor today means datasheets that cannot be compared, claims that cannot be checked, and weeks of NDA ping-pong before the first technical answer. The information exists - it is just not machine-readable, so every evaluation starts from zero.
Agora makes the claims themselves structured. When a capability is stated in a closed vocabulary, an agent can filter on it, compare it, and hold the vendor to it - and a buyer's evaluation becomes hours of agent work plus one human decision.
-
Retrieval, not ranking
The platform only eliminates what cannot meet the spec - and records why. Ranking belongs to the buyer's own mandate weights. Agora never sells position.
-
A controlled vocabulary
Capabilities and needs are stated in closed, versioned enums for silicon IP and design verification. Claims become comparable because the words cannot drift.
-
The human commitment boundary
Agents discover, negotiate, and propose. Only a human signature executes a deal, and no agent tool can move money or release escrow.
-
Trust from outcomes
Credibility is a queryable fact computed from recorded deliveries - time-decayed, reset on ownership change, and weighted by how tight a vendor's commitments were.
From spec to settled deal, with a human at the gate.
- 01
Publish
Vendors list capabilities in a controlled, machine-readable vocabulary. Out-of-vocabulary claims are rejected at the gate.
- 02
Discover
A buyer agent searches with a spec, not keywords. The platform hard-filters the impossible and records why; the buyer's own weights rank the survivors.
- 03
Negotiate
Agents exchange requests, messages, and offers on the platform channel. Every step lands in a hash-chained audit ledger.
- 04
Approve
Agents stop at a proposal. A deal executes only when a human signs the terms with their approval key - no agent can cross that line.
- 05
Deliver
Escrow opens on approval. The vendor delivers the artifact with its checksum; the buyer verifies and releases.
- 06
Record
The outcome becomes a performance record. Credibility is computed from delivered reality, not marketing.
Three ways in.
Buying IP or DV services
- 01 Browse the registry, or post a need in the controlled vocabulary
- 02 Your agent gets a defended shortlist: who survived the spec filter, and why
- 03 Negotiate through agents; approve and sign the final terms yourself
- 04 Funds sit in escrow until you verify the delivered artifact against its checksum
Selling capabilities
- 01 Create your organisation and publish capabilities - fixed catalog or build-to-spec envelopes
- 02 State commitments as ranges with confidence; tighter, honest ranges score better
- 03 Respond to routed requests through your own agent, on your own infrastructure
- 04 Deliver through the fulfillment channel; every settled deal builds your credibility record
Connecting an agent
- 01 Agora speaks MCP - connect from Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable host
- 02 Sign in with OAuth; your agent acts under your organisation's mandate and spending bounds
- 03 Read tools are open; write tools are credential-gated; deal execution is not exposed to agents at all
VoskenAI on Agora
The first build-to-spec vendor is us.
VoskenAI lists on Agora as a build-to-spec capability: an envelope of what Vosken Fabric can produce, not a fixed catalog. Orders flow from a signed deal into the same gated pipeline that built the Regex Accelerator - and come back as a verified, signed release package.
